Add the salt, garlic powder, and black pepper. Mix well. Put the egg in a deep bowl. Add the water, salt, garlic powder, flour, and baking powder. Mix until a uniform mixture. Add the chicken pieces and let stand for 10 minutes. Heat a layer of sunflower oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat (170 ℃). Fry the chicken until golden brown on both sides.
